Hey man, I love Jorah AND Barristan Selmy :D

Can't wait until we see some scheming between Margaery and Olenna, that will be golden.

For the first time since about season 1, Dany's scenes were GREAT. This is so refreshing after watching her stomp around, screaming for her dragons and basically doing nothing the whole time she was in Qarth.

How the hell did Sam manage to get away from that massive horde of wights in the first place? Ghost's presence baffled me too.

I'm definitely getting the feeling that they're cutting out the middleman Ser Dontos altogether. I dunno, to me that just seems like they're diminishing LF's sneakiness and cleverly underhanded scheming even more than they already have.

YES. I can't wait to see Olenna in action. The Tyrells are such an awesome family.

I'm beyond happy that they seem to be back on track with Dany. I'm still bitter about how thoroughly they flubbed her s2 arc though.

Heh. It looked like he just waited for them all to pass and for some reason they completely ignored his presence. It was all so random.

I think you're right about Ser Dontos. It seems like if they were going to do it, they would have done after Sansa saved him in the s2 premiere.

I really liked the premiere, but I might be at an advantage because I'm not that far in the books yet so I don't know what to expect! XD Margaery was amazing, I'm really starting to like her character more than when they first introduced her. I loved her scene with Cersei, it was just perfectly played on all parts ( ... )

Maybe it wasn't Winterfell? GAH. I AM SO CONFUSED. I thought it was Winterfell because of the "200 Northmen" line. I thought that was the number Robb sent to deal with Theon. They've muddled the Robb storyline so much that I'm completely lost at this point. Maybe it was Harrenhal. I'm going to watch that bit again now. *clutches head*

Bronn's pants totally should have come off in that scene. They need to throw us a little something every now and then. ;)

Dany/Jorah 5eva okay, that is all.

WORD.

The wildlings are awesome. Even though I'm still getting used to show!Mance, I'm looking forward to this arc a lot. :D

I miss you too! I'm trying to get on LJ more myself. Maybe GoT will motivate us to check in at least once a week. <333

ETA: You're right that was Harrenhal! And that makes way more sense. *headdesk*

Oh okay! I still don't really know why there were northmen there and who killed them all... I think Tywin left the Mountain in charge when he left but idk why/how everyone got slaughtered?

Still confused. Need more Arya kthx. XD

The Game of Thrones wiki said the Lannister men did it on their way out. They were actually POWs, not active soldiers. Which...I don't recall any of that from the scene, but maybe I was too fixated on Robb requesting that his mom be confined to a cell. *shrugs*

Yes on Arya! Battle plans are never as interesting as the adventuring stories. :D

(but they didn't mention the puppies, which is in my top 5 most scarring things GRRM has ever dropped into the story).

...what about puppies?

On the day that an Unsullied is castrated they're given a puppy that they raise for a year and at the end of the year they have to strangle the puppy. If they don't do it, they're killed and fed to any of the surviving dogs. (And yes, this is in addition to the baby slaughtering...I guess the puppy is good prep.)

GRRM is such a bright and shiny person, isn't he?

Margaery is quickly working her way up to being my everything; FOR REALS GIRL, YOU ARE PURF! I just love how, even though she is playing the game, she's not ingenuine about caring for the people. She does. She just also wants to make sure they know who cares - so they will know who to fight for.

The thing about Sansa planning about leaving with LF leaves me pretty baffled tbh. She's... not supposed to do that yet? I mean, if she's already planning to escape with him now then it completely doesn't work with what's supposed to happen later...? I'm not so sure I get the point.

BUT MARGAERY WAS INDEED EXCELLENT. Also word on Dany's story being progress - now if she doesn't say the words 'fire and blood' for the entire season then I'm totally okay with it.

Tyrion = ;_____________; gosh while I do like Tywin as a character I think the only person I despise more than him as a (sort of) human being is Ramsay (for obvious reasons er). Seriously how do you get that bad? DDDD: poor Tyrion. Also SO WITH YOU ON POD. <3 I'M READY FOR S4 TOO.

I did love that Ghost saved him (oh my boys), even if I was baffled as to why Ghost was there and not with Jon. I won't argue that point too much though because of shippy reasons.

You and me both, you and me both. MY SHIP CAN'T BE BROKEN EVEN IF THEY'RE MILES APART OKAY. Ghost cares about his ( ... )
