I have an onion dip that you serve with crackers. It's always a big hit. Let me know if you want the recipe, it's so easy and takes 1/2 hour to cook.

Hot Onion Dip
(From my friend Rebecca)
(I never measure when I make this, I just add the different ingredients.)
½ cup mayo
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1 cup onion chopped (Vidalia if in season)
Dash of Tabasco (optional I never use)
Mix all ingredients
Spray baking dish with Pam. Sprinkle top with extra Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350⁰ for 30 mins.
Serve with Wheat Thin Crackers.

This also sounds great, but whether or not I could use it would depend on the availability of Colleen's oven to heat it up. I'll have to check with her. However, I will totally make this the next time WE have anyone over

I've gotten several requests from my hubbies family for that recipe. There is never any left over when I take it anywhere. I usually add a lot more cheese than they list.
