A beautiful day in the neighborhood

Tomorrow, March 20th, Fred Rogers (aka Mr. Rogers)would have turned 80. In honor of this auspicious occasion, his former "mailman" and lifelong friend, "Mr McFeeley" (I don't know the actor's name) is asking everyone to wear a cardigan, turtleneck or cable knit sweater. If your climate doesn't support it, just throw one on for a moment or two and think of all the goodness Mr. Rogers brought to the world. :-)

In even more wistful news, our dog Sydney isn't long for this world. :-(
