Oz: Goodbye summer

Sep 01, 2004 11:57

Summer has been pretty good. Touring around with the band has been pretty good too. We're really getting quite a few groupies. I've got my Willow-groupie though, and that's more than good enough for me.

Graduation was pretty intense. I don't know if everyone survived. Still, everything's still standing, I'm alive, everyone important to me is alive - that's pretty much all that counts.

I've still been dealing okay with the wolf thing. Once a month, chains and shackles and all things packed with restraining goodness. We had to set a new cage up, since the library cage is gone now. We found a cavern just on the edge of town, Giles set up a door and it's all pretty good, considering. Willow has been amazing - I swear, there'll never be another girl quite like my Will.

The band are getting a house off-campus together. It'll be great for rehearsals - we're definitely past the sucking stage and it's about time we put a record out I think. But living full time with Devin? I'm not so sure about that...the flaky-quotient would go through the roof. But I've never met a better wordsmith for the kind of music we're putting together. I'm sure I'll survive though. If all else fails, I'm sure my wolf-cave can comfortably accommodate a human.

I need to talk with Will about what to enrol in...I'm looking at music and psych. But do I really want to study music? Nothing like a little education to such the fun out of something. And I can't wait to stand around on queues endlessly for enrolment and all that jazz. And Devin's been eyeing off frat houses. I can't say that's really my thing. But when in Rome...act like a tourist and check everything out at least.
