Short day. 270 or so miles.

I dropped to 6th again, but it's not surprising. I gotta gas up. Also running low on funds I took with me. Hopefully St. Louis has an Atm. ;)

It was beautiful. Seriously. I know I keep ending sentences with 'seriously', but there's a reason.

I am amazed at the sights this part of the country has. It is no question to me now why so many songs were written to describe it.

Definitely something you don't forget.

What you can't really make out in this picture is the fact that the sign in the background says that the very road I had just taken was closed. It said this, of course, from the wrong side, as the other side said it was open.
