Emily Haines
So I somehow missed hearing that Emily Haines & The Soft Skeleton will be playing two shows at Cafe du Nord in SF this Friday. The first show is sold out, but there's a midnight show that still has tickets (only $12!). Had I know about the show, I wouldn't have taken last Sunday off but would have taken Friday off instead. I might still try to. If I can manage it, anyone wanna make the trek to SF with me to see the show? (her album is outstanding! I've had it playing repeatedly in my car for weeks now).
