School and stuff
I had a paper due on Monday in my COMS 114 class ... I stayed up almost all night on Sunday to work on it, and got about 3 1/2 or 4 hours of sleep. I finished it, and then our professor decided to extend the due date until Wednesday. All that lost sleep for nothing. Hah.
Work on Monday was slow, but cool. I learned a lot of the managerial closing duties in Rocklin. I'm managing my first weekend this weekend. That should be fun, since I'll actually be working busy shifts.
Today was my day off of work and school. I slept in a bit, because I was still tired from not really sleeping the night before. I spent most of the afternoon and early evening trying to get some reading done for school. I talked to my mom for a while, and we discussed my brother's graduation in June. Jayme and I will be heading to Montana on June 2nd and spending the weekend there. It'll be nice to see my family ... I haven't seen them since Christmas of '04.
I went over to Jayme's for about two hours to hang out. We had a beer, watched some tv, and ate food from Jimboy's.
School tomorrow, and then I think Casey and I are signing our lease, provided our landlord calls. I'll then be moving in the next few days. It's crazy that it's coming up so soon.
I have a ton of reading and writing to get done for school in the next couple of weeks. I've been terrible about putting off all of my screenwriting. I need to get on that.
