(no subject)
I had a good weekend, although it was way too short. I went to a FREE OTR concert where I was Rick-rolled, live. So good. Then I went home and slept my usual 12 hours for Friday night. On Saturday I did school work. On Sunday I went to the Daffodil Drive, which is this sort of huckbuck thing at a grange... it was kind of fun, I guess. I saw an amazing homemade quilt that I wanted for my bed, but it wasn't for sale and my mom said she wouldn't buy it for me even if it were. I got my dad to get me one raffle ticket for the "Soap and Tote" gift basket. Because at some point in your life, you should always enter a raffle for a gift basket whose name has assonance. Obvy.
Anyway, after that my mom wanted me to drive so I made her read to me from my history book about World War 1, which was better because we kept getting confused whose side everyone was on, especially Italy, those bastards, because they switched sides. So it was better because if I had been reading it, I would have just kept reading but I could ask my mom questions and she would go back to stuff we had already read and find the answers. It was good. I went over to Charlie's and we did epic stuff as usual, obviously. We had curry. I had one bowl. He had two bowls. Fatty. Then we went to Pantone Sextet at Cozmic Pizza and he bought a large pizza and ate the whole thing minus two pieces. Fatty.
Lucy and I went to her house and did homework for a while while I mocked her a lot. [BTW she is dating Daniel! Awww cute.] [Also I realize that sentence sucks because I said "while" twice.] Then we went to bed listening to a playlist but she fell asleep immediately while I was still awake because I couldn't fall asleep because of the music. Then finally after an hour I turned it off, and luckily she didn't wake up or she would have bitched at me. Now it is Monday. I want to be just waking up in a warm bed at a cozy beach house with a certain boy... Breakfast? Tea? Stroll on the beach? Cuddling up with a good book? OK, thanks.
Oh, shoot. Actually I have school, so I can't. Maybe another time. But anyway, it's almost spring break. Thank heavens!
