My mom works in a factory and makes only like 8 dollars an hour. She supports herself, me, and my brother on just that. Nuff said.

The only reason I can have [dial up] internet is because it's free from college.

yeah no problem. to get the thing that says (app) all you have to do is put this on the beginning and end of your application. <*lj-cut*> but you MUST take out the stars before posting it. It wont say (app), it's going to say, (read more...) but it's the same shit.

You shouldn't feel bad. Everybody has their own lot in life. If people want it to be better than it's up to them to make it get better. Your family probably worked very hard to have what you do.

trust me, I know what real poverty is. Since I was 11 years old I've tried to maintain my awareness of social injustice. I'm by no means saying that my family is too poor because let's face it-we have everything we need.
