Rory already loves their new house, even though it's only part built. She sees Dean in it, in the strength of the foundations, in the sturdy lines of timber, in the fine ink drawings on rolled up architect's paper. )

I'm glad to share them - I've kept one or two just for me, anyway, which I'm perfectly happy with.

If you'd credit proofpudding, please, if you use any.

I'm dying to read this epic wincest novel! OMG!!

Bandslash just... bemuses me. Totally. And kind of saddens me, because people who's writing I loved have gone over to it, and I miss their stories. Which is totally hypocritical for someone who's also changed fandoms a few times. But still. There's just so much of it all of a sudden!

Woooo, thank you very much! These are so pretty!

Heee, thank you. I hope I manage to actually write the wincest! I really struggled with the first part of NaNo this year (I had lots of interruptions, too). I feel like I'm hitting my stride, now, which is really nice, although this novel may win a prize for the lonfgets build-up to actual wincest ever, ahahah.

I know exactly what you mean about the bandslash. It's always a shame when people move on from a fandom when you've loved their writing, but sometimes it just means you end up with a shiny new fandom. But bandom really doesn't interest me at all. I think a lot of people like it because it really lends itself to slash, but I'm not so fussed about that. Most of my major pairing interests have been slash, but I'm more interested in the story, as a rule. I have no interest in any slash pairings in Firefly, for example. RPS doesn't exactlyhave a story, so there's just nothing there to draw me in (except when it's J2, don't even ask, I don't understand).

Still, I guess we'll just have to write more eawesome stories to fill the gap! I think you have posted SPN I haven't read yet, haven't you? I'm not watching new eps during NaNo, because it just messes with my head too much, so I've been running like the wind from any remotely SPN-related posts (you're one of the only SPN fen I've left on my reading list, actually, because I like your other posts and you're very discipined about cut tags). So I'm looking forward to going back and catching up with all the fic when November is over!
