Help! I want to sign up for the West Wing Rare Pairings Ficathon, but I've only just properly noticed that it exists, and I have to sign up today! And I don't know what pairings to sign up for! I'm thinking maybe Sam/Will and Josh/Matt for two of my options, or even Sam/Ainsley (though I'm open to suggestions - just not Amy, definitely not Amy

I thought of that briefly, but I'm writing that Sports Night/Good Omens crossover thing (well, I will be when the SGA fic that's take over my brain is written), so I don't want to do something too similar.

Not too late - at least, I think the sign-ups are still open!

Not wild on the idea of Sam/Toby, personally, at least, not as a couple, and I'm pretty sure I'd find Toby difficult to write. I love him as a character, but actually writing him is a whole 'nother matter! And for me, just writing in the fandom is a stretch, so I'd rather try and stick to easier (for me) characters.

It's the crossover pairing that I'm still stuck on! And unless I can think of something workable, I think I'm going to have to give up and go to bed!

I can't think of a crossover but the Josh/Matt idea sounds pretty good!

Oh, I *loved* Simon and CJ together - what a great pairing! Josh and Joey were fun together on the show, but it might be difficult to write her, especially when she's signing!

Writing young Josh with Jeannie might be interesting, developing some backstory for them.

Dude, I totally just signed up for this. AAAH! I haven't written TWW in for-freakin' ever. And I chose Josh/Matt as one too. LOL. Josh/Hoynes, Josh/Matt, and Josh/Toby (friendship)... Can you tell who own my heart in TWW fandom? Hint: IT'S JOSH! lol.

Yay, I'm glad my last minute pimping got some extra writers, and it's great that you'll be writing tWW again!

I dithered right up to the end as to what pairings to chose - I went for Sam/Will, Will/Kate and Josh/Matt, though I'm not sure I can write the last pairing! *wibbles*
