Due to Astrea's current situation, which I'm sure many of you are aware of by now, I'm going to take two more art commissions, from the two highest bidders - if you're interested, please leave a bid (in US$) on this post

Something else you might consider, if it's feasible for you, is auctioning off discs of screencaps, so that a person on a slower connection wouldn't have to download them all. Just a thought.

That's a good idea! I'll have to think exactly how I could do that, and see what I have that I could put on disc.

I've decided I just don't have time to organise something like that at the moment. But I could do it as a one-off for you. I'll email you, and let you know what caps I've made and so on.

I'd like to help as well, but I don't have the time right now or the money. Also I don't know Astrea at all, so I'm a little uncomfortable doing this on my journal. I do have a Lex manip that could be auctioned off and I'd also be willing to make 10 icons of choice for a bidder. I was hoping you could add that to your post, as you're already doing commissions. If it's ok, I'll send the manip through your mail and you could arrange things as you see fit. Good luck anyway (and especially to Astrea)

I'd be happy to add the Lex manip to the auction - I presume you're planning on printing it off and sending it to the winning bidder? And if you'd like to send me details of the fandom(s) you can make icons in, that would be good, plus any other details you'd need adding to the auction (such as when payment should be made, whether you'd need shipping adding to the cost, whether you'd want a starting bid... etc)

Sorry I didn't get back to you on the other post,it has been a bit crazy. I think the wallpaper idea sounds best and if it is okay to give it to someone, I could get a Gattaca one for my brother. Then I may have to come back and bid on another for myself. *grin*

I didn't know whether to remind you about the other thing or not! But it's fine if you'd rather bid here instead. If you could just go to the last bid on the post and add a bid, that'd be great. And if you don't win here, you're welcome to ask for a Gattaca wallpaper on the other post instead of whatever you were thinking of originally, seeing as you'd already requested something there.
