Book cravings
Looks like the next Jasper Fforde for adults, Early Riser, has been pushed back another year. It's a bit frustrating but if Jasper says it's not ready yet, he knows better. I've pre-ordered it on Kindle ages ago so I'll definitely get it when it comes out. I've only bought the ebook because I want to get the paperback, but I want to read the book as soon as it comes out.
I know there's a new Last Dragonslayer on the back burner - I think the release of a TV adaptation of the first one at Christmas made a lot of people aware of it - and he'll be at the Bath Children Literature Festival, as will Scarlett Thomas. Needless to say, I'd LOVE to go to both events...
