the human psyche continues to amaze me.
i bet everyone thinks they have more problems than everyone else. it is too bad we can't all help each other.
at least, if we look hard, we can find at least one person who can help us. usually it's as simple as talking to them, maybe even just being around them. i guess it is all about comfort. i think that kind of comfort relieves us temporarily of all anxiety and worries.
i hope everyone has someone they are comforted by.
by the way, with a bit more effort, you can find a place or thing in nature with similar comforting qualities.
