Comic Con (Day Three)
How was your day?
Mine was Fraktastic
So we got up at 7... ick. After drinking (hence my horrid sentence structure in the last post) and not sleeping that much was a bit hard...
As we walked up to the center there was a District 9 military car there which was awesome. I wasn't excited about that movie from the trailers but the marketing is kick ass.
So we got to the convention center at 8ish. The Ballroom 20 line wasn't so bad, it was out the door but not that bad. So we got in to the room about 9:30 and we were in the front section, really close to the stage. So we decided to just stay in our seats for the whole time. Not much reason to try to get closer. It was way less stressful than last year.
The first panel was Stargate Universe. I wasn't excited at all. Brad Wright is one of my nerd!crushes but I still wasn't ready to follow him down another SG road... But after the panel and the preview I'm definitely going to give it a try. Might have even converted Kelly because they made a Hoth reference lol
Then!!! Caprica/BSG: The Plan!!
Staring Esai and Eddie! The fightin' Adamas! The cutest cutes that ever cuted
Ron, David, and Jane were there also!
I love David's face in this picture. I'm not sure what he is thinking but he's awesome...
And this might be the best picture I took all day... And it's blurry... Damn

Then surprise!!! Grace Park! Awesome! She came out and said, "You were trying to keep the cylons off the panel... Remember what happened the last time you tried that?" lol she's so wonderful
Up next was the Big Bang Theory panel! I love Jim Parsons so much it hurts.
It was a really cute panel and they've been renewed for 2 seasons which is awesome
Then the 24 panel. I really dislike 24 for some irrational reasons but mostly because it's repetitive and unnecessarily stressful... BUT Katee Sackhoff is joining the cast as a kick ass hot boss lady so... Whenever she was asked anything she basically talked about Starbuck and demanded her character have a gun or two.
She's so adorable. She plays Freddie Prince Jr's fiance.
Here's a picture of Keifer just to prove he was there/for those of you who like him... I like his father so much more...
After that was Bones!!! I was so excited to finally have David and Emily on the same panel but of course the Gods hate me so David ended up not coming because his wife was having a baby or about to have a baby who knows... He made a video for us though... It was very David lol
But Emily and Hart were wonderful though. They didn't tease anything that I didn't already know though
AND THEN Finally it was Whedon time!

Epitaph One is AMAZING. So good. Best episode yet. You guys have to get the DVD of Dollhouse if you like it at all or DL the ep because it's so good. Felicia Day really steps it up... and she has a gun

And then Eliza said she twittered some of her friends and then Fran Kranz (Topher Brink) and Dichen Lachman (Sierra) showed up!
So after 8 hours in the same place we decided to get some food and then crash... Which is what we're doing now... Sleep sounds frakking magnificent
