Comic Con (Day Two) [late due to internetfail]
Frakking frak frakkers...
Kinda the best day ever...
So we arrived at the convention center at about 9:30 which was fine since we were headed for Astro Boy and there wasn't even a line. We were there for Kristin Bell but Freddie Highmore is adorable too.
We then headed to 6A to see Mark Sheppard and then Richard Hatch's Battlestar thing he has and met up with averita
Mark is awesome. He was there for a table read of that Lost Episode of Middleman which i had never heard of but is unbelievably funny. Clockwise: he's being villianus, screaming about something, agreeing with the implication that he had a large penis from the line "master stroke" and then finally dying.
And then Richard led us all in a few rounds of "So Say We All"!
And there was a Mary sighting!!! Only not really since she was on video and not actually present...
The panel was pretty good, mostly audience questions. de Santo, Kevin, Bear, Richard, Michael, and "Kat" Carro. Pretty cool.
She's really pretty in person and nice and all of that makes me feel pretty bad about hating Kat... but not enough to stop hating Kat... sry

Laura and Leoben... in the same glass case. This can only end one of two ways. Either she ejects him from the display or they have hot window sex
We then went and found Richard Hatch down at the SoulGeek.com booth. Yeah that's a dating site... Oh Richard, you're perviness knows no bounds...
Richard gave Kelly Laura/Zarek minimates and I was quite jealous, until she gave them to me later. More on that when we get to it.
Kelly had to get her Whedon on so she got herself a Fruity Oaty Bar lunchbox which i do admit to coveting on occasion.
AND this would be the best thing ever... Felicia Day with a small Jayne hat necklace on... win on so many levels
SO then we tried to get into the Psych panel to see Dule but the Dexter fans ruined it for everyone by clogging up the whole system... grrr so we bailed and went to the House of Blues early.
I bought the normal tickets like a couple weeks ago but as I was sitting outside the place I decided we needed to be in the VIP section. I mean if you're going to do it, do it right.
So I got us the VIP ones and scalped our other ones
Okay, they didn't allow photos in the event because Bear's filming the concerts for a DVD so that'll be awesome.
They made me check my camera at the other end of the restaurant so I wanted in to go check it and who the frak should I see walking towards me by Edward James Olmos. I pretty much stopped breathing at that point. I was two inches away from him as I passed to go check my camera. Awesome moment #1
But let me just say that you do not understand this music unless you've been there live. It's insane and badass and brilliant and emotional and INSANE.
EJO is the master of ceremonies and he's hilarious and we do some So Say We Alls and it's awesome. But Luciana Carro is also there and they do this raffle thing for a pegasus patch, lapel pins and a frakking duty uniform! didn't win but still awesome.
And then guess who frakking else is there? Michael Hogan! I love that man he was so surprised we were overjoyed to see him.
AND THEN WHO ELSE IS THERE? Our boyfriend Richard Hatch! And Richard came out and Eddie hugged him and then Richard said, "First of all I'd like to thank Eddie for throwing me out an airlock. And that I forgive you. Even though I was right."
WIN.
AND THEN I got up to go get another FREE beer and who do i find at the bar? Hogan... So i touched him... Not in a creep Richard Hatch way but in the sort of excuse me as I pass way... it was awesome. We're in love. Except his wife is awesome... So we're going to just be friends. Keep up.
AND THEEEEENNNNN Katee Sackhoff came out to play Watchtower on the piano with Bear and she was SO FRAKKING CUTE OMG... AND WATCHTOWER WAS A-FRAKKING-MAZING
The whole thing was insane... and the gift bags had the S4 soundtrack, a free baritto from chipotle, a bottle of water, a tee shirt with various syfy iron on decals, and either the Caprica soundtrack or the Eureka one... I have two of each CD and like three shirts because the staff didn't care how much you took... awesomecity
So Kelly gave me her free minimates for buying her the awesome tickets and all in all the day was frakking awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!
