The Election...Thank God It's Over
One half of the country mourns....
The other half hopes the idiot that they put there doesn't screw it up any worse than he already has.
That's all I'm gonna say. We're all in the same boat and I see a sunami on the horizon.
For now, that's it for politics but stay tuned. I foresee lots of stuff down the road that will affect us all....big time....no matter who is President.

Lots of exercise...I've gotten badly out of shape.
I'm eating one meal per day. Mostly fish and veggies. Unbuttered, unsalted popcorn for snacks.
My moods have been on the depressed side here lately....don't know why. I think I need some excitement in my life.
Work is good....lots to do, with Christmas, the new building and studio stuff. I need to find some time to spend with a friend that's written some nice poetry/songs. Hopefully she can spend some time with me soon.
