eaten today:
bowl of cherrios w/ skim + 1/8 c granola - 200 cals
apple - 80
banana - 100
sandwhich - 250
  (rye bread - 180 cals, one slice of turkey - 50 cals, peppers, olives, lettuce, mustard -20 cals)
oatmeal - 200
saltines - 150 cals
hard-boiled egg - 70

total:  1050
burned: -500

intake + outake = 550 calories
And the laxatives too...  :/

My workout got cut short today )
