"You have to be joking. You told them about us?" George asked incredulously.
"I didn't mean to." Elliot said uncomfortably. "It sort of slipped out."
"How does something like that slip out?"
"I had too much to drink." The words were laced with shame.
"Elliot..." George began.
"Cragen wants to see us but I think it'll be ok." Elliot reassured him
"Do you have any idea what kind of mess this will create?" George exclaimed. He was a psychiatrist, but he was only human. He didn't want to deal with the stress of helping their co-workers adjust.
"Yeah. I'm sorry." Elliot said.
"I'm not mad. We need to figure this out though." George said, pinching the bridge of his nose.
Elliot nodded and sat down. This was going to be difficult.
