Some people use tables, some people couches, but Kysen is on the floor in the cross-legged posture of a scribe, his kilt drawn over his legs. On the floor in front of him is a scribe's palate, and about fifteen pieces of papyrus. Whatever he's writing, it seems to have his entire attention.
