But she's in a good mood and wants to look at the stars again, the one that the Doctor - the old one, the one she first travelled with and first fell in love with - pointed out. Alien to her, alien to him, alien to everyone here.
She might not notice Sascha at first, staring up at the stars with a little thoughtful smile on her face.

He manages a smile for her. "I haven't seen you in awhile." She looks happier than the last few times he's seen her, which is good. He doesn't need to worry nearly so much about her.

It's not really a lie, just a creative interpretation of the truth.

He hasn't seen Molokov for a few days, so he's taking a casual walk around the Inn. It doesn't take long, after stepping outside, for him to locate Molokov, and he steps up beside him, shoulder to shoulder, without really looking at him.
"What happened?" he asks, his voice pitched so it won't carry to anyone but Molokov.

He doesn't need to ask how Walter knew something was wrong. He knows Walter better than himself, some days, and the other man is his equal. He knows.

And by "meet", he means in the way CIA agents meet people in enemy nations. It often involves dark rooms, guns, and some means of communication that civilized people really don't approve of.
