( Out of inn: In which the morning paper is delivered to Hogwarts, and an unexpected consequence tags along.)
When Regulus realizes he's found a door to the inn, he steps inside, thinks up a copy of the morning's Daily Prophet... and starts laughing. After holding in his amusement as much as possible all day at school, he feels he's due.
True, this is where the hard parts start - finding those bloody probably-Horcruxes, convincing the remnants of the Order to live for a cause rather than die for one, getting Sirius to talk to him - but that can wait, for the moment. For now, two symptoms are out of the way, and the odds of curing the disease just got a lot better.
