Fresh paint, and new faces.
so, boys and girls. today was my first day of my second year of college. weird!
so here's a breakdown of the day.
first, i woke up way too early because im used to having earlier classes so i got ready in like an hour. so i just laid around and watched maury and ate one too many banana bread muffins. which i made myself and i must say, are fantastic. then off i went on my merry little way.
so it took me like 20 minutes of driving aimlessly around the parking garage to finally find a spot, but then a stupid redneck with a dubya sticker on his stupid giant pickup truck cut me off to get the spot, but karmas a bitch because his truck didn't fit so i got it anyway. yay.
then to math. finite math that is. the one i didnt pass last semester. the teacher is only 24 and he's from Iran and he says "bullshit" a lot. he's pretty funny so hopefully i can pass it this time around. we already had homework and i did it all except two problems.
then i went to my advanced writing for media class. seems hard. but kate took it last semester and said it's not that bad, plus she kept all her homework. score. also, the girl that was on made on mtv for wanting to be a skateboarder, the really whiny ugly blonde one? shes in that class with me, and she's still lame as ever.
besides it being hot as shit, getting my foot stepped on by a large african american, waiting in two ungodly long lines- one to buy books (200 bucks! for only two classes!) and the other to pay for classes and i got my bright futures back.schweet., there being 900 million more people on campus than last year, it was a pretty good first day.
tomorrow i start my science class and my crime in america class. whoo hoo. well, new laguna beach is on tonight and i want to get some studying and laundry in before hand so ill talk to you later kiddies. i hope everyone else had a terrific first day of school.
