So I had already finished this a while ago, however felt like I should revise it a couple of times before posting. For some reason or other it took a while before that happened, but better late than never I guess.
Kanji are from the booklet, romaji and translation is done by me. There is a sung part that is being repeated without that being in the printed lyrics, I added them in the romaji and translation as [brackets] however. Some parts took a little effort to make out while listening, heh, but the romaji should be correct that way. Notes are as usual at the end of the post.

The despotism cult sings "truth"
Voices that delight in treason
The tightly grasped one way tickets are certificates of obedience
Indiscriminate rape is the prospering of their interests
They become clowns
Egoism and instinctive caprices
A banzai on a temporary altar ーan enforced saluteー [1]
Darkness reaps immoral emotions ーgunshots by palatesー
Entreat to precipical envy ーwreckage is decadenceー [2]
Relief through sacred brainwashing ーa supreme dinner partyー
Again a thread severed
In order so that the eternity blooming on the fields won't vanish I held it tight [3]
Inside of the wounds that won't be healed anymore
The time when falsehood becomes justice the muzzles open
Propaganda is made into justification
A lullaby of participation-dispute-ceremony [4]
Each hour they are being taken away 4000 times
Look, if we wash blood with blood together
Who's the make-believer? [5]
Mouth-spinning weaklings and discord are… [6]

notes
[1] Banzai these days is often used as a sort of "hurray" (mostly in countries other than Japan), however its original meaning is much closer to "long live the emperor"; literally "ten thousand years" - "may he live 10000 years". It is a fairly military term.
[2] He made the word "precipice" into an adjective here, so I did the same. He does not say "abysmal". There's a difference.
[3] Whatever it is he's holding is not totally specified. It could be the eternity, it could also be anything else, like a different "it", or even a "you".
[4] Pun. The 争儀/sougi here is made up. If he'd written 争議, it simply would have meant "dispute/quarrel". There is another word spoken sougi which is written with the kanji he chose to use - 葬儀. It means "funeral service". So basically, he disassembled both words and put them back together in a different way. Now, picking the kanji for the word he used apart, his word becomes dispute+matter/ceremony. Because of the ceremonial feel of "funeral service" I went with ceremony.
[5] Kyougen can be translated as 'make-believe', however this can also be understood as an actor of kyougen, I shall refer to
wikipedia's article on the matter.
[6] "Spin", as in the craft of spinning.
[7] Note that it is a sneering laughter.
[8] It does not have to be him who cannot be healed anymore. These lines could also be read in a way that whatever cannot be healed stays unspecific, or, there also is the possibility of it being the ground of rest.
[9] Rest/repose.
[10] "Change it", or simply "change".

Lyricists at their raging bests, I adore that so much. He plays a lot with words in this one, and does things that aren't usually even possible in English, so I hope it's both understandable and portrays what Yuuki wanted to convey. I personally find this to be a lyric masterwork, but that might just be me. Either way, I never had more notes to any lyrics. うむ.
Feel free to comment and object though.
