11 45 - 12 45 pm - a few vegan pita/tortilla chips; couple tablespoons of guacamole, 2 tbsp salsa; 3 tbsp seitan;
- about 1/2 black bean hemp-nut burger on whole wheat multigrain roll; several large sweet potato fries
8 pm - chips & salsa; 1.5 cups black beans; about a cup of mexican rice; 1/4 cup guacamole; 1 spinach enchilada (i think cheese might have been lurking, i couldn't tell, UGH i should have asked); lettuce
21 april -
exercise - 5 minutes arm weights; 20 minutes elliptical level 5; 16 minutes recumbant bike level 5; 9 minutes treadmill 4.0 mph @ 2.0 incline
8 45 am - banana; orange; 1 cup raisin bran
12 50 pm - banana
4 30 pm - banana; small box of raisins
6 pm - 10 thick-cut sweet potato fries; half slice of vegan chocolate cake; 1.5 cups southwestern corn (had some mixed black beans & red peppers in it); some baby carrot & celery sticks
9 40 pm - banana; 2.5 cups raisin bran

9 am - banana; 1.25 cups raisin bran
11 45 am - celery & carrot sticks; mixed vegetables...
3 30 pm - soy yogurt; crunchy shrimp roll
9 pm - 1/2 cup guacamole; 1/2 cup salsa; 1 cup black beans; 3/4 cup pinto beans; 3/4 cup mexican rice
Friday 23 April
9 30 am - banana
11 15 am - banana
12 30 pm - slices of eggplant, yellow squash, & zucchini w/ some olive oil, basil, feta between layers (1/2 cup at most) and sundried tomatoes
3 30 pm - same as 12 30 pm, smaller portion
5 30 pm - 1.5 oz almonds
7 30 pm - 2 pints of beer; southern vegetable plate - 3/4 cup fried okra; slice of cornbread; some green beans; 1/2 cup mashed potatoes made w/ gruyere; yellow squash & onions
saturday 24 april
exercise - 17 minutes recumbant bike level 4.7; 28 minutes treadmill @ 4.0 mph w/ varying levels of incline (0-2.0 incline)
7 50 am - banana; 1.5 cups crunchy oat cluster cheerios
9 30 am - banana
12 30 pm - rest of my southern vegetable plate; banana; 1.5 cups corn; 1.5 tbsp peanut butter; 9 cookies; lots of ice cream (purge)
5 20 pm - banana
7 30 pm - 1/2 cup corn; can of black beans

sunday 25 april -
exercise - LOTS of dancing; 45 minutes of cardio at the gym
8 30 am - banana & 1.25 cups multigrain cheerios; orange
11 30 am - soy yogurt; banana
2 pm - veggies; crunchy shrimp roll
5 pm - banana
8 30 pm - tortilla chips & salsa; ceviche (shrimp cocktail)
later - LOTS of cocktails & shots
monday 26 april -
exercise - 11 minutes elliptical level 5; 19 minutes treadmill 2.0 incline @ 4.0 mph; 15 minutes recumbant bike level 5
12 30 pm - banana; 1 cup kashi heart to heart blueberry clusters
2 30 pm - can of black beans
7 15 pm - 3/4 cup mixed veggies; cream cheese sushi roll (tuna, avocado, cream cheese)
10 30 pm - burrito w/ black beans; rice; lettuce; 3/4 cup corn; guacamole; pico de gallo
