exercise - 15 minutes treadmill 4.0 mph @ 2.0 incline; 20 minutes recumbant bike (11 minutes level 5; 9 minutes level 4); 10 minutes elliptical level 5
10 am - 1/2 cup sliced strawberries; banana; 1 cup raisin bran (special k)
12 50 pm - banana
2 20 pm - banana; grapefruit; orange (snack for 3 pm workout)
5 45 pm - 1 cup chana masala; 1.5 cups white corn
8 50 pm - 1.25 cups raisin bran; celery sticks and a few baby carrots
12 am - 3/4 cup mexican rice; 2/3 cup guacamole; 1/2 cup salsa; about a cup of black beans; about a cup of pinto beans

Going to Butternut Squash tomorrow for lunch. Going to cheat on my vegan diet by having some goat cheese (Black bean hemp-nut burger has sprouts, lettuce, tomato, vegan aioli, avocado (!!), and goat cheese). The entire burger itself sounds amazing, however reviews of the place tend to be both good and bad because the place is fairly new and it seems to be in need of working out some kinks. We'll see!
