18 february -
exercise - 21 minutes treadmill (19 minutes 4.0 mph @ 3.0 incline; 2 minutes @ 6.0 mph); 7 minutes freeweights on arms; 30 minutes recumbant bike (5 mins level 4; 25 minutes level 5); 15 minutes elliptical (5 minutes level 4; 10 minutes level 5)
8 45 am - 1 cup low sugar/cal OJ; banana; small apple; quaker oats blueberry muffin oatmeal (150 cal)
11 45 am - 5 grapes; 21 peanuts; 1.25 cups of a whole grain roasted almond & garlic bulgur & brown rice mix w/ 2 cups ratatouille on top
4 pm - spicy chicken roll; 100 cal sugar free peaches; oikos greek strawberry yogurt; banana
6 15 pm - natural popcorn; 1/3 cup raspberry kefir
9 30 pm - 2 half-sized large cheese quesadillas & burrito w/ cheese, black beans, mexican rice, salsa, & guacamole; 5 packets of oatmeal; 2 greek yogurts; purge purge and purge
1 15 am - cup of kashi crisp cereal and banana

i fucked up major today. i don't know what i weigh. i'm certainly not weighing myself tomorrow. plus, i get my period on tuesday of next week. fuck fuck fuck. i had the munchies yesterday too and while i didn't do great, i didn't do horrible and didn't b/p. after even eating the kashi and banana at 1 30 i was so tempted to do it again, but i REALLY have to study and want to get to bed ASAP so i can get up by 8 15 tomorrow morning to go to the gym bc i won't be able to do it later in the day. ugh, i have to get back to studying.
