11 february -
exercise - 47 minutes recumbant bike level 4.3; 7 minutes freeweights; 30 minutes treadmill (24 mins 4.0 mph @ 2.0 incline; 6 mins walking lunges 0.0 incline @ 0.8 mph); 30 minutes ellptical level 4
8 45 am - banana; apple; dannon light n' fit
11 30 am - about 2.5 cups brown rice; 10 jelly beans
1 30 - 2 30 pm - 1/2 bag natural popcorn; 1 yogurt; small fries; 1 double stack; 2 homestyle chicken wraps; 1 1/2 lb double cheeseburger (purged. a lot. fucked up blood vessels around my eyes. lovely).
6 pm - 1/2 bag natural popcorn; 2 cups corn
12 30 am - yopo (lf oreo & nf key lime pie)

12 february -
exercise - 20 minutes treadmill 4.0 mph @ 2.0 incline; 7 minutes freeweights; 30 minutes recumbant bike level 4
9 am - banana; apple; yogurt
11 15 am - 10 cal vitamin water; chocolate raspberry luna bar
2 30 pm - 3/4 cup quinoa; big bowl of brussel sprouts
5 15 pm - big bowl of corn (a bit over 2 cups); banana; .75 oz peanuts
8 pm - banana; apple; yogurt
9 15 pm - cedarlane eggplant parmesan; 2 yogurts; banana; 10 peanuts; bag of natural yogurt; 3 packets of low sugar oatmeal (purge)
later - 1 pint of beer; 4 12 oz beers

13 february -
exercise - 40 minutes recumbant bike level 4; 10 minutes elliptical level 4; 10 mins treadmill 4.0 mph @ 2.0 incline; 7 minutes freeweights
2 15 pm - banana; can of black beans
5 pm - 8-inch sub on wheat w/ 3 oz turkey, lettuce, tomato, onions, mustard, s&p; 15 skittles
8 30 pm - potato; banana; yogurt
11 30 pm - 1.25 cups of corn
7 beers

weight this morning - 135.8 lbs. after i post today's intake it won't be. i b/ped twice today. my stomach is now killing me. fuck fuck fuck. i MUST stay away from dairy. even yogurt, one of my favourite foods...i eat when i b/p. it's shameful. my stomach hurts pretty bad right now. plus i had to drink coffee to stay awake to study for a test tomorrow. ugh. i almost feel like puking now i feel so gross.
