exercise - 30 minutes elliptical (10 mins level 4; 20 minutes level 5); 30 minutes treadmill thigh-toning workout; 7 minutes arms freeweights
8 30 am - apple; banana; thermos of black coffeee
11 30 am - 98% fat free clam chowder (campbell's healthy select)
215 - 250 pm lunch - can of peas; 1 cup couscous; 1.5 cups chana masala
7 20 pm - 1/2 cup blueberries; organic banana; chobani blueberry greek yogurt
10 45 pm - 1.25 cups chana masala
5 beers, wendy's bing and purge =(
5 february -
8 40 am - banana; 1/3 cup blueberries; 1.25 cups regular OJ
11 45 am - 2 cups couscous; 1 cup chana masala
a lot of damn bad food, purged a couple times.
6 february -
1 30 pm - 2/3 of a brass key sandwich (reuben w/ ham & cole slaw in addition); couple handfuls of those ruffle-like chips you get w/ sandwiches
4 30 pm - rest of the sandwich
later - 7 beers, 3 drinks, many small slices of mum's pizza (purged halfway through)

exercise - 10 minutes elliptical (level 4.5); 16 minutes
11 30 am - banana; yogurt
1 pm - southwest salad w/ crispy chicken
3 20 pm - 1.25 cups quinoa w/ almond slivers and a few pieces of bacon; 1/2 cup blueberries
7 pm - 1/3 bag reduced fat ruffles & french onion dip; 2 double stacks & 2
homestyle chicken wraps. banana. 1.5 yogurts. purge.
12 20 pm - little over a cup of the quinoa
8 february -
exercise - 30 minutes recumbant bike (10 minues level 4; 20 level 5); 7 mins freeweights; 30 minutes treadmill (24 minutes 2.0 incline @ 4.0 mph; 6 minutes 0.8 mph doing walking lunges and whoaaa do i feel it)
11 am - 1.5 small organic bananas; dannon light n' fit yogurt
2 30 pm - lowfat broccoli and cheese sauce w/ baked potato
5 10 pm - banana; about 1.5 cups multigrian cheerios
7 15 pm - small pink lady apple
8 pm - 3/4 cup black beans; 1 cup red quinoa; 1.25 cups corn
10 30 pm - about 1 cup corn; 3/4 cup black beans
2 45 am - chicken spring roll; non-fat blueberry greek yogurt
9 feb -
8 45 am - 1/3 cup blueberries; dannon light n' fit yogurt; about 1.5 cups multigrain cheerios
4 pm - 1.5 cups quinoa
8 pm - 1/4 carolina burger (cheese, bit of slaw, bit of chili); 25 french fries & ketchup
later - lots of beer (purge); rest of the burger and many chips (purge)
10 feb -
11 45 am - dannon light n' fit yogurt; 1/3 cup blueberries; about 1.5 cups multigrain cheerios; organic banana
5 pm - 2 cups corn; 2.5 cups brown rice (i was soo hungry)
9 30 pm - crunchy shrimp roll; bag of orville's 'natural' popcorn sooo good.
11 15 pm - yogurt; diet cocoa
1145 pm - pint of blueberries (i had the munchies and i figure this was better than going out and getting something horrible and bingeing)
i don't know what i weigh. i'm looking a bit lighter though and i feel better and i haven't exercised in the past two days; yesterday i was way too sore from the walking lunges, and today is my long day in class and i worked and it is like 32 degrees outside and really windy and i don't want to go out there ANY. MORE.
