exericse @ apt gym - 15 minutes recumbant bike level 4; 15 minutes elliptical level 5; 30 minutes treadmill thigh-toning workout
8 40 am - low sugar oatmeal w/ about 1 cup mixed berries & 1.5 cups low sugar/calorie OJ (75 cal)
12 45 pm - 15 tortilla chips; vegetarian expresso burrito @ los pos (flour tortilla, pinto beans, lettuce, mexican rice, some red mexican tomato sauce stuff - no cheese, yay!)
3 45 pm - apple & banana
650 pm - sugar free peaches in a can (did not drink the juice); apple
11 p m - 1.75 cups channa masala (onions fried in generous 1/2 tbsp light olive oil)
