does anyone have good ideas for staying awake at luncheons/meetings? I've had two days of free food, and lots of talking about things I don't get. and evetually my brain turns off and i find myself jumping back into consiousness, with this worried thought of "how long was I out?" and "did anyone notice

I suppose it would be bad forms to do, say, crossword puzzles during meetings? :)

Bike == bicycle, or motorcycle? If the former, is there room to, say, hoist the bike over your shoulder (or above your head) to tote it out?

i've tried doodling, but I think I need to sit further away from the speaker in order for that to really work... ugh....

motorcycle, sadly. if I could lift it over my shoulder though, that would be sooo cool!!!

Yes, farther from the speaker. With a notepad, like you're taking notes, except actually doodling, doing crossword puzzles, doing SuDokus, whatever. (And maybe keeping half an ear on the presentation. :)

Oooh. Whatcha got? (You should totally build a lift system to hoist it up, maybe sideways, and out past the car. :D)

I'm not that mechanical, and I don't know that the owners of the property would necessarily appreciate that.
