does anyone have good ideas for staying awake at luncheons/meetings? I've had two days of free food, and lots of talking about things I don't get. and evetually my brain turns off and i find myself jumping back into consiousness, with this worried thought of "how long was I out?" and "did anyone notice?"
I'm not thinking this is so great for a "good impression"
the awake thing would also be a really good idea considering the meetings are so I can begin to understand what all it is i'm doing/suppose to be doing....
on another note. my acess database is pretty damn good. i love internet forums, let me just say that right now....
mental note on plans:
tonight: rugby
this weekend: drill
sunday: hanging out with beth
my landlord has been parking his car in the driveway recently, which makes it rather difficult for me to get my bike out. this could pose a problem for me today, and this weekend. I'm going to have to say something, and probably find a new location for my bike since I find it hard to ask him to not park his car in the comunal driveway. oh if only they would finish the construction on the street.
dc is finally getting around to replacing the lead water pipes that resulted in WASA having to personally mail the effected households water filters because the lead content was really that bad. and while i appreciate that they are working to reduce the amount of lead i consume on a daily basis, they're really putting an inconvenience on my schedule at the moment.
at least my cat can stop licking the walls soon, and i must say that my halucinations have gone down in recent months. yay for not getting lead poisoning!
