So five years ago my family was fined for having an illegal apartment in our basement. Apparently they thought a tiny sink and stove, usually known as a summer or canning kitchen, made the basement it's own apartment. Well, I'm finally getting that roof put on the Queens residence. It's been needing to be done for four years now, and it's finally happening. So I'm a bit nervous as it is the most expensive and permanent thing I've ever purchased (personally) but it's looking good.
