Instead of spending money at the Farmer's Market or buying school clothes, I have a plumber in my kitchen replacing my garbage disposal.

In a silver lining, we spent the hour waiting on him to show up singing and dancing with Marie. We even broke out her tambourine.

She's now lying on the couch, all tuckered out. We must remember this trick.

I've registered for The Breast Cancer 3-Day officially and sent out emails to my address book. Most of you probably saw that email, but there are a few people that only keep track of me via LiveJournal.

In contrast, the gay married couple on Amazing Race tonight was really bugging the crap out of my dad.

He's 69 years old. I'm never going to change him on this--so I just sigh and say something that shows I don't agree but that I don't argue.
