whadup kids
so i haven't had much time to update this thing, and for whatever reason, net cafe's are not as prominent here as i had presumed earlier...nonetheless, i'm in hong kong now just chillin' before headin' out to the highest mountain peak in hong kong - tai mo shan. it's sounds more exhilirating than it actually is...i have a feeling the full way up those 1000 metres or so will be paved and packed with people...that's been the biggest adjustment here...people...there's a lot of them...everywhere...and you can't avoid it...haha
another thing, it's humid. just standing at the bus station for about 10 minutes had me feeling sticky...even indoors with the a/c blasting, you can still feel the moisture. you can't find dry in hong kong it seems...except (insert clever witty comment here)...OH, ZING!
anyways, i've developed an affinity for airports...i've passed 2 nights in airports now, and in a coupla days i'll be staying my third night - hell, it's cheaper than hostels and hotels! hahaha heck, between me shuttling between the airport and the city with the cheap public transit here, it's waaaaaaaay cheaper than passing the night in town...and i've always met a crapload of people. good times.
anyways, more updates shall come soon...
