There were two generals and Commissioner Girraldi of the Tin Men and Dave Patterson present along with the Queen and Prince Consort for the weekly reports of progress around the O.Z.
Wyatt’s report was last. He didn’t have any trouble speaking before others, but he hated the bureaucracy of it. At least no one had to wear those damn uniforms. Hat’s off in respect were as far as things went.
“And finally we’ve closed off six of the hidden exits from the castle, bricking them up, and reinforcing that with a metal door braced against the ground and walls. If anyone tried to get in, it’ll be heard. The three remaining emergency escapes have guards placed near them with orders to detain or use force on anyone emerging from them.”
Wyatt set the papers down. Sarah did have clear and legible handwriting, he’d give her that.
