I think that over the time I have been posting here I have made my views on the importance of fun and the non-guiltiness of pleasures quite clear: what with floating a panel on the topic at Wiscon on top of all that.

Spotted in the Tube station this morning: several individuals all dressed up in Posh Society Wedding Gear. Seeing this on the Charing Cross southbound platform made me wonder if it was some Art Event. But it is probably that One cannot afford the congestion charge/taxi fare/limo hire once One has hired the gear.
