During the week, a brown oatmeal loaf (2:2:1 medium oatmeal, wholemeal flour, strong white flour).
Friday supper: sardegnera with pepperoni.
Saturday breakfast rolls: brown grated apple with dried cranberries.
Today's lunch: seabream fillets brushed with an egg and milk mixture and coated with panko crumbs seasoned with sumac, panfried in butter, served with garlic roasted purple sprouting and sweetstem broccoli, and steamed samphire tossed in butter.
