More like feeble wave in passing.
I was the only person who turned up for the afternoon walk - so, just me and the trainer.
Time allocated for the walk: 45 mins.
Time taken: just over 30.
Today's temperature in these parts: 32 C/90 F.
Phew. Plus a certain degree of gratification.
