Notes in general
I'm going to... somewhere nice and warm March 20th-28th. Probably in the Caribbean. (Oh, and Kat, I took Feb. 2nd and 3rd off, yay.)
I'm doing well on my meditation and pretty much caffeine free. You wouldn't believe how much caffeine can rev you up, so I'm proud of myself for giving up an unhealthy addiction. I do have a cup of coke now and then, but like... once a month.
As far as my numbered resolutions go... Books=3/100 down, and new TV shows=1/5 seasons watched. Score, right?
I'm going to play ST scene it with Sue and Phil on Saturday.
I'm getting frustrated easily lately, but am aware of it; I've become really good at quashing my frustration and at least outwardly acting as if I've completely suppressed them. But on that general theme, it would be so easy for me to get bitter and rehash old shit here.
But honestly, it would be as hypocritical as what I saw anyway, so I would prefer to keep those thoughts to myself. I'm intrigued, but other than vague curiosity - curiosity which I feel is better left alone in this case - I feel nothing else.
So, I <3 Trip/T'pol baby. Human/Vulcan hybrids ftw. The win, people. (Also, Mirror-verse Spock ftw, particularly in David Mack's Sorrows of the Empire.)
Um, that's about it for now. I'm a bit overwhelmed with the Trek fiction, so I'm taking a break. I'm reading Van Vogt's Slan and some demon-smut now. Because that totally makes sense of any kind...
