'Ordinary nights' at Alkahest don't really exist. That said, tonight is as close as it comes, if you ignore the looming shadow of Annabel Chapman's murder - which admittedly is not inconsiderable. Hasibe's returned to work as normal, but she wrote the letter Bellamy asked for, and now all she has to do is mail it when he gives the command- waiting is somewhat difficult for her, but she knows he wants her to exercise patience, so she does her very best to not call him with squirming and pouting and innuendo-laced cajoling. It's not that she's incapable of waiting for the green light, Hasi has decided, it's just that it's so much more fun to get a little bit of what you want right away, like an appetizer. Presumably Bellamy has plenty of time to get used to her demanding ways, which he won't even see all of, since they aren't actually dating or in a relationship.
(This is starter Hasi. There's a reason she has lots of lovers and few boyfriends.)
Almos has been holding the reins a bit tighter on her due to her affiliation with the police, among other things in their complicated working relationship, but she regards this with almost no respect and basically ignores the minder who's been sent to keep an eye on her outside work. And at work itself, she's a free bird, with no one following her around, or at least no one who works for her ambitious employer- she's busy flitting from table following the show, in her figure-hugging off-the-shoulder dress and heels. She has a somewhat hilarious exchange with the bartender (her favorite puppy-boy, who pretends to swoon when she breezes away from him, laughing over the music), and bestows one of the drinks she's acquired on a table, not like she's abandoning it, but rather like it's an abruptly given gift. She doesn't need all that alcohol.
It's a random table, in fact. It may already be occupied.
