Been A While
Life goes on. It is kinda amazing. Months just fly by. I am pretty sure they are going to turn into years here pretty soon.
We has a fourth of July BBQ at our house yesterday. It was a lot of fun. It was sad to think that almost everyone who was there will be leaving the state within a month. I know we miss Mark since he left. It is going to be a rough winter thats for sure.
Work has slowed down a little. I still put in a lot of hours and am getting a little bitter about it. Eric and I might try to go to Fairbanks this weekend. everyone else always ask "Why?" I am intersted. I never get too far out of town in the summer thanks to work.
The house is coming along. It is pulling teeth to get myself to work on the yard. I must do enough of that at work. Our neighbors decided to start chopping on the tree in our front yard. I went out and told them to stop last night, nicely of course. Eric said it was an ackward moment. There is a branch that is still dangling from the tree by a thread. I will give them through the night to get it off. Sometimes I really worry about them sometimes, but for the most part they are really cool. Ahhh neighbors.
