Calm Before The Storm
It really is amazing how when it rains it pours. And if you think that I am really talking about the weather, your Mom should slap you. :)
Work has been sooooo slow lately. But pretty soon life will be a whirlwind again but until then I think I am going to enjoy the extra time I have now. Although it does make the time go by slow.
Yesterday was gorgeous! Almost felt like I could go tanning! Well maybe not that warm but it was damn nice!
So my car is still a piece of junk. It used to start when it got above freezing but it won't even do that anymore. I still haven’t replaced it due to the fact that Eric is probably going to be out of a job soon. We will be ok financially, just not good enough for me to go buy a $20,000 car. I really am envious of him in a way. While I do like my job, I don't think that I am going to be able to do 8-5 for the rest of my life. It is just too damn predictable. So a chance to be forced into something new would be nice. But I don't think Eric feels the same as I do about that one. I think he could do 8-5 for the rest of his life and be happy. Maybe that is just another difference between guys and girls. Maybe since women have only been working for a couple of generations it isn't part of our genes yet. Somebody should do a study on that one.
It doesn't look like Eric and I are going to be able to get home and see the family. I think it is going to be too hard of a time. Too many unknowns.
Anyways, I think I am about done with my random rants, I guess I just felt like typing something.
