(no subject)
Name ten of life's simple pleasures that you like most, then pick ten people to do the same. Try to be original and creative and not to use things that someone else has already used.
I'm not so sure about original especially since I've only seen a few on my flist so far, but anyway, here are my Top Ten:
1. My daily breakfast cup of tea. (And yes that is usually my whole breakfast as I can't eat anything so soon after getting up.)
2. Being totally immersed in any kind of creative endeavour - be it writing, drawing, photoshopping, beading...
3. Basking in the warmth of the sunshine, if only for the briefest moment.
4. Being so engrossed in a story (written or on film) that I forget everything around me.
5. The sounds and smells of the ocean. And it doesn't even have to be a tropical one!
6. Holding and being held by someone you love.
7. Flowers. Now that I have my own place especially - I keep seeing flowers/plants where I think, "Ooooh that would be lovely - is there anywhere I could put it...?" :)
8. I'm sure you're sick of hearing me gush about it, but - my tattoo. Still in love with it. :)
9. Spending time with friends, in RL and online.
10. Laughing until I cry.
Of course now I started, I could think of tons more, LOL! But these will do for now. :) No time to try and think of who I could tag, so I'll just declare open season!
PS: Snow anytime outside the winter months does definitely NOT belong on above list, or anywhere near it, grrrrr!!! *shakes fist at sky*
