I submit that the manga could not possibly have ended better. Anybody care to concur/disagree?

Hello! Longtime lurker posting with a request for help and also an advertisement for a new umbrella forum.

i've watched all the host club episodes, & i remember asking myself this when i saw the episodes with the lobelia girls. 
i'm curious to know: is the leader of the girls club from lobelia gay, or is she just the female version of tamaki?

So subtle_subtext and I were sitting here looking through the Kumori-con Ouran pictures and I mentioned after looking through them that I don't think their Hikaru had a Kaoru and it made me sad.

Because what is Hikaru without his Kaoru?
