So it seems that Senior's son returns, and history repeats itself. This time, as we have previously done harm to ourselves, it comes back worse three fold. Though pessimism isn't the best way to begin yet another term of Bush presidency, I think I can safely say the world has not become a better place than the day before.
It surprises me still how many people chose Bush. Why? Was it because he was president for a term already, and was in the middle of this war? Or was it because they actually liked him? Could there possibly be a reasonable explanation? Everyone I talked to has told me they dislike Bush. So what happened?
I guess the statics of immediacy isn't accurate by any means. I'd like to think that Americans had made the best choice from the information they were given. Perhaps they were misinformed, then again, perhaps I was.
Hey, you never know. If Kerry was elected, he may have his hypnosis lifted from his soldiering days and go on a world dominating rampage. It could be worse.
