NAIAS 2006
Auto Show Pictures!
I didn’t get photos quite as nice this year as in the past, mainly because people were incessantly ignoring ANYONE taking photos. They walked through, wouldn’t move, and so on. Many of the displays were not arranged for prime photography, either. Both lighting and positioning were difficult. So, my apologies in advance for the crap.
Personal favorites were, naturally, the BMWs, though that Infiniti Coupe concept is -hot-, and I sat in the G35. I will test drive one of those if/when I go looking for another zippy little luxury performance coupe. The Maserati was to die for, too. My ‘Win the Lotto Garage’ grew by a couple of cars this year.
Special note for the “Innovation” picture at the last... Special, huh? I may do a ‘horrors of the NAIAS 2006 and crop out the cars to give people a glimpse into the lazy lethargy and lumpiness of Michigan. Later, though. I’ve edited and screened 142 photos tonight. I’m done.
