The Organizing Committee for CAN-CON 2012 will be meeting at 318 Clemow Ave. on Saturday July 7 at 7 PM.

Agenda includes:

• Volunteers and Volunteering (we really hope those who are interested in volunteering can make it)
• A presentation on the current status of Program Tracks.
• Reports on the Reading Group program and the Workshop (which is actually on July 8 so that should be short)
• Co-operative Publicity (fan tables and banners)
