New Tau Stuff

Very very interesting.
To be honest I think most of it is let down by the painting. I'm particularily interested in the sniper drones and shadowsun (except for her hair).
I really dont like most of the concept art, though looking closely you can see why they call the new Ethereal The Pope. What an ugly hat! And I dont know wtf those halbard things his guards are supposed to be holding. They get rid of Aun'shi because as a special character he epitomized what the Tau arent, Close combat, and then they add these? Meh, wold rather have seen some kind of crowd control firearm things, but we'll wait and see what they actually do
Shadowsun's art looks odd too, mostly her eyes. The model (IMO) will need some converting around her head anyhow. The rest of her armour is extremely cool, I like the drone too, and am very curious what it does
Very much like the Railrifle drones, but I note something odd: They dont have the exposed barrel (acelerator track) that the pathfinder versions do. Could they have a Stealth field? My 'logic' is that the burst cannons barrels are cloaked, perhaps this is the same...
The Commander, TBH he look very cluttered. I'm very curious what the new things do. One of them is 4 barreled, perhaps its a souped up burstcannon variant. Absolutly no idea about the rest of it. And his legs look dumb. Also, his pose is nothing that couldnt be done with the current plastics, perhaps they are just showing off the bits, the recut sprues werent availiable?
I like the vespids in red, though I would have painted the armour a diferent color for some contrast.
