Assuming I get my ass into gear and onto the bus, I'll make it to the parmacokinetics talk at 8:00a. Then a full day of doing stuff until the "running club" meets at 5:15p. Must find out what is going on with that.

Happy belated solstice, everyone.

Spent a few hours last night with a unifying-description-defying group up on Stone Hill. Watched the fireflies, told stories of varying degrees of funny, built a fire, made s'mores, all that good stuff.

But like everything these days, it left me exhausted in the morning. Off to work now.
